Our support groups are small, warm, and welcoming, more like a living room than a clinic. You’ll be surrounded by people who truly understand, guided by facilitators who have found healing themselves.
Adult Grief Support
A welcoming group for adults carrying any kind of loss, sudden or after a long illness. Most people find their place here.
Suicide Loss Support
A dedicated, gentle space to heal after losing someone to suicide, surrounded by others who truly understand.
Child Loss Support
For parents grieving the loss of a child of any age, held by others who know this grief from the inside.
Family Programs & Camp
Year-round family programming and our annual Family Camp, where children and parents grieve, play, and heal side by side.
School & Student Support
Peer support groups brought right into schools, helping grieving students feel seen, supported, and understood.
